Shipping and Delivery

All local Hong Kong deliveries are handled in dedicated temperature-controlled vehicles (approximately 16 degrees Celsius) by professionally trained staff. Free delivery is available within standard areas for orders over HK$5,000. We recommend combining orders to take advantage of the free delivery and the first 30 days of free storage. For orders under HK$5,000 and a standard area delivery request, please see the detailed delivery pricing below:

Hong Kong Island: HK$340 (1-6 bottles); HK$390 (7-12 bottles); HK$520 (13-48 bottles)
Kowloon and New Territories: HK$240 (1-6 bottles); HK$300 (7-12 bottles); HK$420 (13-48 bottles)

Standard delivery areas include: Central and Western District, Eastern District, Wan Chai, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon City, Kwun Tong, Wong Tai Sin, Yau Tsim Mong, Kwai Tsing, North District, Sha Tin, Tai Po, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, and Sai Kung.
For delivery to remote areas, an additional remote area surcharge of HK$250 will be charged per order. The remote area surcharge is waived for orders over HK$5,000; delivery is free for orders over HK$7,500.
Remote areas include: outlying islands and Ma Wan.
Delivery to industrial buildings or warehouses will incur additional gate fees, parking fees, and other extra charges.
Special pricing may apply for delivery to some remote outlying islands.
As deliveries to central warehouses or other wine cellars require advance arrangements, Yuanjing cannot guarantee next-day delivery or delivery on a specified date.
If you wish to change your delivery address or date, please submit your request 48 hours prior to the original delivery date. Please note that any changes may incur additional charges.
For delivery to buildings without elevators, an additional HK$15 will be charged for each floor except the first floor.
